Reverend Yvonne Miller, an ordained minister, is an example of one who heard the call of God as spoken to Isaiah, “Whom shall I send, and who will go for Us?” And she answered like the prophet, saying, “Here am I; send me” (Isa. 6:8).

 

Yvonne was born again and was filled with Holy Spirit in 1998 under the ministry of Pastor James Hailey and First Lady Patricia Hailey. It was then that she first heard the call of God to children and joined the ministry of “Sisters”, serving faithfully in children’s ministry for eight years. She describes those years as pure joy. 

 

In 2006, Yvonne heard the call of God again, this time to minister to all ages, classes, races, cultures, wherever the Lord may lead her. During that time, she taught “Women of Purpose” at Bethany Fellowship under Pastors Myron and Mary Hailey. 

 

Presently, Yvonne attends Total Restoration Church, serving under the leadership of Pastors Bushawn and Sequela Carpenter. Yvonne is a wife, mother to six children, and a grandmother to a quiver full of grandchildren. She lives in Barstow, California, with her husband, Michael, to whom she has been married to almost 40 years. In Barstow, she leads a home Bible study, a prayer group, and is President of the iWOWi Abigail Mantle. Yvonne is completely sold out to the Lord Jesus, and it can be said of Yvonne as the Lord said of Caleb, “he had another (different) spirit with him and has followed Me fully” (Num. 14:24).
