Moreover, she moves in a strong prophetic anointing. She believes in the spirit of readiness when it comes to ministry. Her coined phrase is “getting over myself”; these words have helped her to step out of the comfort zone into new realms, new platforms and new opportunities.
In August of 1983, Jesus appeared to Dr. Carol and told her that a great time of miracles, signs and wonders are coming upon the Earth. In August of 2006, in a night vision, Jesus appeared to Dr. Carol, healing her of a serious spine condition and gave her a message to tell the Church that He is bringing “realignment and positioning” to His Body. In June of 2010, Dr. Carol was transported to the courts of God and His throne room, receiving an insight into His Kingship and Lordship.

Dr. Carol is the President and Founder of Carol Elaine Ministries, iWOWi (Women of the Word), and co-founder of Christ Exalted Seminary. She currently lives in the Chattanooga area of Tennessee with her husband, Pastor Scott.

The mission of iWOWi is to unite Women of the Word all over the world to become Women over the World through scheduled weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual meetings to worship the Lord, minister to one another, share common goals, put in motion and carry out a plan of purpose to bring the Gospel of Jesus Christ in a most tangible way by meeting the needs of the hurting, and thereby, touching the world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
